In alignment with the California Air Resource Board’s regulation implemented 12/31/2023 for Transport Refrigeration Units, Sierra Pacific Warehouse Group requires all carriers picking up or dropping off at an SPWG warehouse to provide the ARB Identification Number confirming compliance with state law. The CARB TRU regulation applies to refrigerated units operating in California, whether licensed in state or from out of state, and failure to confirm compliance upon check-in at our facilities may result in your rejection from the facility.
