This quarter, we are excited to highlight and feature Mike Fletcher for his outstanding dedication and consistent positive impact on #TeamSPWG! Mike has been part of our team for 19 years and when our Modesto team was temporarily short-handed after sending five of our team members to support a partner operation in Southern California – Mike stepped up in a big way. Through his dedication, adaptability, and leadership, he helped ensure operations continued without missing a beat. In addition to managing the increased workload, Mike worked closely with our CSRs and collaborated effectively with his fellow team members, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
