Sierra Pacific has been excited to engage in many meetings, shows, and seminars over the past month to help us learn valuable leadership skills and utilize resources that can be brought back to improve our teams and functions every day.
We engaged with regional customers and new potential partners at CLFP Expo, learned about government updates to the frozen food industry at AFFI CON, trained rising leaders within our company at GCCF Cold Chain Institute West, and reviewed industry trends and economic forecasts in the food supply chain at Food Shippers of America 2025. Not only do we believe these events are important, we also believe these should be fun and engaging. Our CEO, Chris Murphy, even rocked some tunes at the AFFI opening reception!
